Refreshing and Interesting perspectives from the author's point of view. I like the fact that he explored all the usual channels first before searching for a way out after all other methods failed. It shows that sometimes, there is a need for failure before we, as human beings, are triggered to search for hidden truths. The book is based on the writers own experiences and the lessons learned from them. "The Hidden Cause of Diseases and How to Fix It" is a short book on the author's journey toward discovery, exploring how the basic things in nature can be enhanced to boost our immune system and we can reclaim our health and well being. It highlights that many activities we engage in depletes the natural nutrients in our food and water, and shows us how we can get them back, discussing the intersection of natural remedies and modern health challenges. It's a good book for people with health-seeking behavior. I'm hoping the author will expand on the book as he continues to gain knowledge from his experiences and trials. The book helps to awaken us not to be carefree with our health and showcases the need to take our health much more seriously than we have been doing in the last few years. It shows an important part of lifestyle management, which is food. It is a wake-up call for us all, encouraging readers to reassess their relationship with health.
