"Coaching From My Wheelchair" is a book by Dr. Lester Wright, Jr. that helps people make their lives better. It has 10 chapters, each talking about ways to improve different parts of life. The book talks about being positive, facing challenges, accepting changes, learning, trying new things, knowing your strengths, understanding yourself, building good habits, and talking well with others. It tells us that changing who we think we are is key to making new habits stick and that knowing how people are different can help us talk to them better. Dr. Wright gives easy advice that anyone can use. Every chapter starts with a quote that makes you think. The book doesn't have brand new ideas, but it has the author's own way of looking at things we may already know, which can still be very helpful. The stories from the author's life make the book feel real and interesting. It's good for people who like to read about getting better at life. People say the book is short and clear, and it gives lots of different ways to help yourself, just like the best-selling books do. If you want to be more positive, get through hard times, handle changes well, grow as a person, know yourself better, and talk to others in a good way, this book has lots of tips and help for you.

This work by Dr. Les Wright, Jr., BCC, is a candid and perceptive guide that puts forward actionable advice for personal and professional development. He shares what motivated him to write: how the trials and opportunities from the COVID-19 pandemic had thrown everything off balance. Coaching helps him in goal-setting, decision-making, and doing the right action in life. The book also deals with some things like the dangers of negativism, the power of gratitude, and the need for a positive mindset. This book was very inspirational and motivational. I could greatly identify with Dr. Wright's sharing of personal stories and practical tips. I connected with his struggle through hardship and his use of humor to get by, too. There were so many practical tips and techniques that easily applied in my life. Dr. Wright's strong focus on positivity, gratitude, and lifelong learning leaves one inspired to be more practical about personal and professional growth. I will give this book a full rating of 5 out of 5 stars. It is a must-read for whoever aspires to self-betterment at both personal and professional levels. Whether you are in a difficult situation, feeling less of yourself, or simply in dire need of good advice, this book will serve anyone with great wisdom and techniques. This book is recommended to all readers, especially those going through tough times or desiring positive changes in their lives.

At a particular point in his life, Dr Les Wright went from being able to walk to being forced to used a wheelchair, yet surprisingly he didn't lose in despair and yet continued to have a successful career and life after a period of adjustment, and how he did it remained known to him. Yet now he decided to share his story and his methods with the world in this book, a practical guide to one living a similarly healthy life, seeking personal and professional improvements. There are many such guides out there written by very respectable people, yet this one caught my attention because the author himself had himself as a limitation to deal with, one that he wasn't even born with, yet he continued to shine just as bright and develop a career and reputation as great as any other person without a disability.i think for me , more than the strategies and plans he lays out in his book, his story itself serves as a motivation for many others to look up to, be they disabled or not. A story to never give up but strive to be ones absolute best. I have no negatives remarks to give in consideration of the contents of this guide or style. I give this book a rating of 5 out of 5, I thoroughly found it inspirational and recommend it to people seeking motivation guide and strategies.

Dr. Wright author's this amazing guide for personal growth and possibilities for those seeking self improvement and professional advancements. Despite being confined to a wheelchair, he remains an active CEO and coach who has conquered his field despite not being able to walk. His experiences in life are fully contained in the book , from when he could walk to unfortunately not being able to and having to use a wheelchair to commute, yet but talking into despair or losing sight of himself and his own potential and now being well accomplished enough to share his knowledge and possible strategies to those who would need it. The book shows how much of an inspiration he actually is, not just because he seeks to guide others towards the path to success but because he was fraught with great difficulty, yet here he is successful and trying to make others the same. Due to his disability, I think the book would find it's greatest reception with those who have similarly suffered one form of disability or the other, as they, unlike him, might not have the strength of will to have done the same even in the same situation as him. To be honest, I love the fact that the guide exists and it's content further earn it even more praise from me, with that said I don't have any negative points to make about the writing and presentation of this wonderful book. I give this book a rating 5 out of 5 and recommend it to those seeking for motivation and strategies to positive living
